Windows 10: Constant blue screen error and Event 41 - Kernel Error

My cpu has been freezing almost everyday for the last year. Doing this exact same behavior whenever I am on the internet and have too many tabs open maybe 5-6. Then it freezes and goes to BSOD and is almost always the: "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" or "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT".My computer is a complete POS... Lenovo designed it for laptops but decided to sell it as a "mini desktop." I have any actual mini pc thats like 4'X4' and has a higher performance and no issues compared to this Lenovo ****.I have a Lenovo Ideacentre 3 07ADA05 - probably 1.5 years old or less.Processor AMD Athlon Silver 3050U

I found something to do with sound drivers, the guy solved the error. Don't know if it helps but it might give you a clue.

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

Windows Kernel event ID 41 error is generated when the system does not shutdown properly.

There have been some fixes to address some issues:
An update rollup package for the Hyper-V role in Windows Server 2008 R2: August 24, 2010
Stop error message on a Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008-based computer that has multiple processors installed: "STOP: 0x00000101 CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"
Stop error message on a Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer that has the Hyper-V role installed and that uses one or more Intel CPUs that are code-named Nehalem: "0x00000101 - CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"

However, without more info, it would be just a guess at the cause or causes.
