Windows 10: Constant blue screens/hard resets for new PC

This is a newly built computer and I upgraded to Win 10 from my retail copy of Win 7.

I got random BSOD like every hour, with no clues....

Thing seems get worse after my installation of the game Division, not sure if it s related.

I have formatted the machine and the problem persists. Really run out of methods and any help would be very much appreciated!!

Windows 10 INTERNAL POWER ERROR

I have a Dell Inspiron and after updating to Windows 10 it crashed and blue screened with the INTERNAL POWER ERROR. Now it's in a constant loop of resetting and blue screening not allowing me to do anything! I don't know what to do.

 

Windows 10 upgrade stuck shutting down

When i tried restarting my machine it then tried to boot up which immediately displayed a blue screen of death followed trying to reboot again so stuck in a constant loop. This was a pain as booting into safe mode or resetting my pc was also not working
due to this fault. This all occured from the upgrade option of windows 10

Note



MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

SeaTools didn't finish, see 'Test Information and Results' on the photo. When a long test is finished succesfully you should see 'Long Test PASSED'.
