    Constant Blue Screens.


    I recently got a new computer and have run into an error where on start ups or restarts I’m met with consecutive blue screen errors with the cause being CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I’ve tried multiple solutions but none of them work since the blue screen crash interrupts them and prevents any fixes from going through. I’ve tried to reset my pc but it won’t let me as I’m met with “There was a problem resetting your PC” and nothing happens. It usually crashes 2-4 times before I’m able to access my computer and will vary with how far it goes before it crashes. Is there any solution to fix this or do I

    Start menu: Search for "Power & sleep settings" > "Additional power settings".

    It should come up like this:

    On the left pane click "Change when my computer sleeps".

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
