    I have been plagued by bluescreens on my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop. I have now updated to windows 11 with a clean install, formatted SSD and installed from installation media and all, still having issues. Have not installed any drivers this time besides NVIDIA graphics drivers for my gpu, experienced crashes before even doing that though. On top of bluescreens my laptop randomly powers down. I am at my wits end, it seems to be a hardware issue if anything, I have replaced the ram with a fresh 32gb a week ago, to see if that would fix it and it did nothing to help, so it is not RAM.     How to wipe a SSD Clean

    actually SSD's are different. what kind of SSD do you have? i have OCZ vertex's and when i want to wipe clean we have to use a program called SANITARY ERASE... this program wont work on any other drives but OCZ SSD... when you just format it, it doesn't clear your blocks and you will lose performance becuase with time they will just garbage up. Google what ever type of drive you have and you will find your answer on how to clean it and gain your performance back.

    Hi,

    I would like to know which is the best tool for wiping of the SSD and the HDD of my laptop at the same time?

    The Win 10 OS is installed on the SSD,and I would like to wipe it,but I would like to wipe and the HDD too!

    If you don't have a computer with an active O/S on it, you can put a Windows disk in, go to install an O/S and wipe it clean when you are prompted to. *Smile Constant bluescreens, wiped laptop multiple times,formatted SSD and clean installed with... :)
