Windows 10: Constant BSD blue screen error upon fresh install of windows.

I have been trying to help my friend with their computer, we attempted to do a clean install and upon finishing in the installation USB it restarted only to come to a BCD error screen, I've tried repairing it, using different installation medias, I still haven't used a different USB as I have no idea whether that is the issue at hand or just a windows thing.It is a laptop with only a single drive in it and the windows installer only creates 3 volumes instead of 4, I think the issue is at that part of the install.Any help would be appreciated on this topic as I'm at a stand still and have no fu

  What is the make and model of your computer?

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
