Constant BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe or maybe amd_sata.sys

I've recently have been crashing a lot with BSOD, and there is no pattern when it comes to the crashing. Sometimes I would be playing some sort of game, or sometimes just typing something up in google docs. Some of the messages on BSOD are:

    - irql not less or equal

    - driver power state failure

    - pfn list corrupt

I've done a clean install of windows on both my 2 ssds and hard drive while unplugging the rest, and I end up with the same problem. I've also tried many things I've found on forums and websites:

    - tried sfc scanow, chkdsk, memtest86 and also window's own memory diagnostics tool with no errors

    - using DDU, uninstalling and reinstalling the new Nvidia graphics driver for my 1070ti without downloading GeForce experience

    - downloading AMD chipset drivers and BIOS update

    - turned off fast boot, and turned on max performance in power management

I've downloaded bluescreen viewer to check the crash dumps and here is what I found Constant BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe or maybe amd_sata.sys 0fd341e4-6e90-4b75-9d93-14dfe02a4fd3?upload=true.png

Then I used WinDBG to analyze the most recent dump file, and ended up with this:

Constant BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe or maybe amd_sata.sys 703bb37b-a005-44d0-93fa-3a12c703464d?upload=true.png

I really don't know what to do next. I've bought and replaced most of the hardware in my computer and not sure what to do next. Any suggestions will help.

    :)
