Windows 10: Constant BSOD Especially when Laptop is Plugged in

I have been having constant BSOD's that can happen more than 10 times a day. I've tried almost every possible solution I can find online sfc/scannow, chkdsk C:, memtest86, testdisk and have found zero issues from it. The BSOD mainly happens when I plug my charger in regardless of what battery % it starts at, and it'll restart until it takes me to the recovery menu and I have to restart my pc again. The BSOD also happens when the charger is not plugged in, but the issue is not as apparent as when its plugged in. I have also tried doing a fresh reinstall of Windows and it did not fix the issue

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Laptop BSOD when plugged in

I get a bsod with a different error message everytime i plug in the charger and use my laptop, on battery i never a bsod.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
