Windows 10: Constant BSOD, Even After Re-Installing Windows

Hi,I recently built my first PC a few months ago, but after installing Windows, I've been running into constant BSOD errors . My hardware is all fine, with all components properly seated. I have downloaded both BlueScreenView and WinDbg Preview in an attempt to navigate through the errors, but I've still run into the blue screens. I have also attempted to cleanup my files by doing "sfc /SCANNOW" and "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth", but my PC often crashes in the middle of the scan. Many of my blue screens have also occurred while I was either doing cumulative or security updates. I

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant BSOD even on stock default

Yeah, I just formatted yesterday and I'm still getting the constant BSODs.
