Windows 10: constant bsod for no reason

last few days I'm getting bsod WHEA_uncorrectable_error no matter what I do. when I try to start my laptop, windows start loading and just stop which leads to the bsod with the same error. automatic repair doesnt work at all, I get the same message. tried going to the boot menu > f11 to try manually repairing because automatic repair doesnt seem to work. well, this thing doesnt work either. sometimes my laptop decides to really start up, works for ~1 min and I get the same loop of windows trying to repair itself and bsod. its really making me angry and I'm 90% sure nothing is wrong with my hardware.

System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
