Windows 10: Constant BSOD of IRQL from ntoskernal

I have been attempting for fix this but constantly been getting BSOD with this occurring. Have tried pretty much everything mentioned online and have had it only continue. Because of this I have attempted to read the minidump logs but am unsure what they are saying is causing these errors. Any help would be appreciated as I don't know what to do anymore. IRQL bsod back again? >.<

Could be a driver issue, I kept getting BSODs saying IRQL not less or equal then I removed an app called DSLMON.exe and it went away *Smile

IRQL not else or equal to, constant BSODs

So i built my PC 2 months ago.

AMD Ryzen 3600

RTX 2060

corsar 550 watt

LPX 2 x 8 gb 3200 RAM

2TB seagate HHD

Everything was going great until a week ago. I first got a IRQL not less or equal to. I quickly ran a Mem test, but nothing came up. I then wiped my hard drive and began a clean install of windows. Still BSOD before it finishes. I cant get to command prompt
or anything without it BSOD. Safe mode or not. It kept getting worse to a point where i cant even get by the BIOS screen without it freezing up. Its just in a constant loop of BSOD.

I ended up buying new RAM thinking that was the cause and its still happening. ive replaced the SATA cable for the hard drive, (which is completely wiped) and ive reset the motherboard.

Im at a loss now.

i cant install windows, and i have no idea what it could be. Should i get a new mobo or hard drive? Is it somehow windows 10 messed up my hard drive?
