Windows 10: Constant BSOD, Passes CPU stress tests then crashes. Have a DMP file.

My PC has been giving me constant BSOD's. I tried swapping the memory, scanning for errors etc. Downclocking the CPU seamed to help with stability 5900X but were talking locking it at 2ghz and I didn't try it out for long it was painfully slow. I did take it back to stock settings and ran a full hour of OCCT torture test and it passed with no CPU errors then literally 2 minutes latter a BSOD. I'm looking for someone that can read this latest DMP file and tell me what went wrong before I go and buy a new CPU if that's ok. I ruled out memory, GPU, PSU. All bios settings factory. Freeze then BSOD when stress testing CPU

My computer crashes and I get the BSOD stating clock watchdog timeout after freezing when doing a stress test on my CPU - ram tests ok. I have checked the PSU - bought a new one and cooling and used different ram as well. All to no avail.

Whenever I performed a stress test with OCCT or Intel XTU or ran intel diagnostic utility, my computer would freeze then get BSOD with watch dog timeout. I did a new install of windows and now I can run the intel diagnostic utility without freezing and the CPU passes all tests. But I still get the freeze then watchdog timeout if running cinebench stress test, OCCT stress tests or Intel XTU stress tests. I ran the windows memory diag tool and memory checks out ok. I also bought a new PSU to ensure that wasn't the problem either. PC is stable when playing games - its just stress testing that I get the BSOD.

Thanks Nicole. You responded to an earlier question I posted and suggested the in place upgrade. That didn’t work so I did I clean install. That made it where I can get the Intel diagnostic to with and pass my CPU. But still have bsod. i think its a software issue. i will try the suggestions. should you take a look at the dmp files?
