Windows 10: Constant BSOD to quick reboot on Windows 11 when gaming

Is there ANY shot whatsoever that Microsoft could release an update for Windows 11 24H2 that could just make it the LEAST bit usable? I cannot open any games that possibly use DirectX12 or are made after 2019 without my system crashing and rebooting with absolutely no bug reports, crash logs, or ANYTHING TO TELL ME WHAT THE MF PROBLEM IS. I have switched GPUs, RAM, unplugged SSDs, HDDs, reinstalled Windows 11 now EIGHT SEPARATE TIMES. I am losing my mind at how unfinished, buggy, and pardon my french but just all around piece of non-user friendly piece of $H!T Windows 11 24H2 is. I'm tired of

random reboots w/ BSOD, help!

yeah, it does this on stock speeds, it just doesnt do it as quick it seems. Sometimes it would reboot during windows loading when it was overclocked.

and as far as adjusting those clocks, no i havent. i dont even see those options listed in my BIOS that i remember...

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
