Windows 10: Constant BSODs during any activities

Hello,I have been experiencing constant BSODs with my computer recently. They always seem to come out of nowhere.I've been told there might be an issue with the graphics card so I've tried everything I could: I rolled back drivers, I've updated them, I've even opened up my PC to make sure the GPU was still plugged in correctly in case something jostled it somehow.The only thing I could notice is strange is that the fans weren't turning but then again my computer is very well ventilated I even checked in the BIOS to make sure that all fans were working properly just in case so I'm assuming th

System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
