Windows 10: Constant BSoDs on new HP laptop with Intel Iris Xe

It's been going on for a while but it became too frequent once a day.I would note down the stopcode and other details every time. Mostly dxgkrnl.sys or other graphics driver related stopcodes.I would have attached the minidump file but i cant see how to attach it here. My laptop runs on Intel Iris Xe Graphics and installing drivers from Intel's Driver and Support software helps for only a day or two.I also found one more thing:The Red 'Error' under events caught my attention but i do not know what to make of it.BSoD's are going to be the death of me

Intel launched Intel Iris Xe MAX graphics for thin-and-light laptops

What’s New: Today, Intel launched Intel® Iris® Xe MAX graphics, designed for thin-and-light laptops and now available from partners. Intel Iris Xe MAX graphics is based on the same Xe-LP microarchitecture used for Intel Iris Xe graphics in 11th Gen Intel® Core™ mobile processors. It is Intel’s first Xe-based discrete graphics processing unit (GPU) as part of the company’s strategy to enter the discrete graphics market. Intel Iris Xe MAX platforms feature Intel® Deep Link technology as part of Intel® Adaptix™, support PCIe Gen 4 and address an emerging need for content creation performance in thin-and-light laptops.

What Deep Link Does: Deep Link aggregates multiple processing engines through a common software framework to bring new capabilities and better performance to PCs. This framework helps to unlock creativity in thin-and-light laptops by maximizing CPU performance, boosting artificial intelligence (AI) creation performance and taking industry leading encode to the next level.

How Deep Link Works: Deep Link technology brings together processing engines under a common software framework, allowing software developers to significantly boost content creation workload performance. Applications can scale certain workloads across integrated and discrete graphics. Examples include:

An additive AI capability that enables inferencing and rendering on both GPUs to accelerate content-creation workloads.

A combination of industry-leading encode engines in each GPU through hyper encoding that allows the time to render out videos for reviewing or sharing.

What It Delivers: 11th Gen Intel Core mobile processors paired with Intel Iris Xe MAX graphics deliver Additive AI to provide 7 times faster AI-based creation1 than similar laptops configured with third-party graphics, and Hyper Encode for up to 1.78 times faster encoding2 than a high-end desktop graphics card. Intel expands Kaby Lake family as Iris Plus replaces Iris Pro

For Intel's seventh-generation Core processors, the on-board graphics system formerly known as Iris Pro is now called Iris Plus.

The 14-nanometre Kaby Lake family of chips has expanded to 42, with Intel announcing 40 new chips based on its seventh-generation Core architecture on Tuesday, ranging from the unlocked 91W-using 4.2GHz base frequency i7-7700K to the 1GHz 7W m3-7Y30 chip.

The chip giant has broken up its processor line into four categories: The Y-series for detachables and compute stick; the U-series for laptops, convertibles, and minis; the H-series for Xeon laptops and mobile workstations; and the S-series for traditional desktops.

Among the latest chip release is a new unlocked S-series i3 chip dubbed the i3-7350K that offers 4 threads on a dual-core processing unit running at 4.2GHz, and taking in 60 watts of power. The i3-7350K will be available a month after its i7-7700K and i5-7600K brethren.

On the integrated graphics front, all SKUs offering eDRAM will use the new Iris Plus branding instead of Iris Pro. According to Intel's numbers, Iris Plus on its U-series offers around 65 percent better 3D graphic performance compared to the HD620 graphics offered on its U-series non-Iris chips...

HP laptop - multiple BSODs

I have an HP Pavilion 15-cs0021na, (Intel i3, 8GB, 128GB SSD) running Windows 10 Home, which exhibits the following characteristics:

On startup, occasionally completes boot, but within 5 minutes, BSODs. with a random error, e.g. Page Fault, IRQL not equal, Memory Management and so on.

Repeated attempts to reboot then fail with more random BSODs

Rarely, it will attempt a Startup Repair – which will invariably fail with another BSOD.

Wiping the hard disk and attempting to install a clean version of the OS (downloaded from Microsoft using Media Creation Tool to USB stick) will get a little way into the process, then fail with BSOD as above.

What I’ve done:

Attempted clean install as above.

Run multiple hardware tests on Memory and SSD - HP’s built-in tests, Memtest86, Seagate disk tools. All tests pass with no errors.

Updated BIOS from Insyde F.04 to F.22 (HP supplied).

Repeated clean install, same result.

I have now run out of ideas, and am at a loss to understand what is causing these errors. How are BSODs generated if no Windows installation is present? Is it likely that a hardware component other than RAM or the SSD is causing these?

Any and all suggestions will be much appreciated.
