Windows 10: Constant BSODs preventing access to multiple games?

Hey all,To keep it short- just as the question states when attempting to run anything beyond "simple" games like League of Legends, Lethal Company, or World of Warcraft I recieve a BSOD with the watchdog violation error "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION"I have been down a long, extensive list of trying to fix the problem which ultimately led me to factory reset my pc as it got to the point where I couldn't even play League. After the reset things ran as intended but now we're back to square one where I'm slowly losing the ability to play anything again. Currently, Genshin Impact refuses to launch at all

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Preventing access to modern app

Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?
