Windows 10: Constant BSODs when computer is hard at work

I keep getting bsod when i stream or more rarely when i play a few super heavy games. Lighter games do not cause crashes, nor rendering or any other activity does.In event viewver i always see:"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e 0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80138606c77, 0xffffa480fd25d888, 0xffffe100615d9920." The last tree 0xnumbers varies everytime, but 0x0000001 and 0xffffffffc0000005 are always present in the 5 bugcheck entries still present in event viewer.It started happening 3 months ago at random when i added 2 extra sticks

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant hard drive spinning

I am on a relatives computer, and she is complaining of slow performance, and basically, what it looks like, is the hard drive, is constantly spinning, causing programs to act slow, and causing everything to run slow.
I have indexing turned off (Windows Vista ) and I just want a list of things I can start going through to check what might be causing the constant spinning.
She has norton, too. which might be part of the problem..

I get a constant BSOD a few minutes after I log into my computer. It's almost always a variation of "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" "KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" or an error with mfehidk.sys, fltmgr.sys, or dxgkrnl.sys

A common theme seems to be a driver issue, maybe related with failure to find a drive or memory of some sort

However, I've ran chkdsk, dsim, sfc scannow, and various other tools/steps that are advised online. Nothing has worked. What should I do?
