Windows 10: Constant BSODs when gaming, Clock_Watchdog, WHEA, Machine_Check_Exemption

I've been getting bluescreens very often, specifically when gaming. I've done a ton of research into possible solutions, but still come up short. I get a variety of bluescreen error messages, clock_watchdog, Machine_check_Exemptions, WHEA. I can regularly expect the pc to crash when playing anything intensive at all, cyberpunk will last about 5 minutes, and some games will bluescreen on startup, including Trials Rising.I have no unidentified drivers in task managerI have removed and reapplied thermal paste, even though I never seem to get a thermal warning or throttlingReseated RAMBios is up t

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant WHEA Bsods

Hello! I did some more casual work on my computer today and I have updated the chipset drivers as suggested, I have also been running the system with default clocks with no sort of overclocking done on any component and I am still getting the same crashing. However it seems as though it did not create a dump file from the most recent crash even though event viewer flags it as the same whea error.
