Constant BSODs without change of hardware or drivers

    Hi,

I've recently been having around 3 blue screen errors a day, each with different errors. The errors I've seen so far have included :

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by nvlddmkm.sys

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by win32kbase.sys

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by FLTMGR.sys

    APC_INDEX_MISMATCH caused by ntoskrnl.exe

There have been others that I haven't managed to record.

I originally thought this was to do with a new webcam that I added to my PC. However, I have now unplugged the webcam, and am still experiencing the errors. There is no consistent pattern of usage that triggers the errors.

The PC is relatively new all parts still under warranty but I built it myself, so quite possible something has gone wrong with the hardware, although the errors have only started to occur within the last few weeks. I have already adjusted the RAM to make sure it's secure.

I have already updated the BIOS to the latest version available.

    My PC specs are:
    Amd Ryzen 5 3600

    Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite

    16GB 3200MHz ADATA ram

    GTX 1660 SUPER

Really hoping someone is able to help here!

    Thanks in advance!

    :)

KernelBase.dll is broken constant BSOD's constant game crashing.

    Hi Darry,

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
    • Select Family & other people.
    • Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
    • Name the user as Test.
    • Leave the password field blank.
    • Hit Next.
    • Sign in as Test user.

You may also check this link

Multiple BSOD hardware issue or driver issue ?

    Hi Iriszer0,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

To have a better clarity on the issue and guide you accordingly, respond to the question listed below.

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?

I suggest you to try the steps listed in
    troubleshoot blue screen errors
    and check if it works.

Meanwhile you may also go through:

    1. troubleshoot CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION
    2. troubleshoot CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
    3. troubleshoot SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    Regards,

    Constant BSOD windows 10

    Hi

Game compatibility issues are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We need additional information to help further isolate your concern.

    • Have you tried lowering the settings of the games your playing to check if it helps?
    • May know the stop error code showing on your screen whenever you encounter the blue screen errors? (e.g.: 0x0000000A, 0x0000003B, and 0x000000EF)
In the meantime, since 70% of computer crashes are caused by a faulty driver, we suggest running the
Driver Verifier tool to help resolve the issue. Click this
    link
, then follow the steps on How to start Driver Verifier section. We suggest selecting the 2nd option in step 3.

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
