Windows 10: Constant but situational framedrops and performance issues after a very scary and loud...

One day I woke up and my laptop was making a weird but very unnoticeable sound, then, when I grabbed it to move it to my working table it started to make a very loud and scary sound, then, when I placed it in the table, after a few seconds, the sound went away to never come back, but, the same day at night time, i was playing a game and suddenly my fps went from 50 to less than 10, I thought it was just the game so I closed it but then I realized my whole laptop was very slow, after 30 minutes or so, the performance went back to nomal, but the next day the frame drops came back and then again

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
