Windows 10: Constant crashes entering/leaving sleep mode

Constat crashes entering or leaving sleep mode. Getting quite annoying. Started recently.Afaict all the device drivers are current. System info and bugcheck analysis follows. I've seen somedriver errors in the logs mostly VirtualBox but eliminating those devices didn't change anything. Still crashedwith no device errors showing in the log.Event log entry:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8189835e8360, 0xfffff806314a6738, 0xffff818988ae1

Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

PC on Windows 10 doesn't enter sleep mode

I have a PC running Windows 10 that refuses to enter sleep mode. When I choose the manual "sleep" option, the computer teases me and acts like it's going to sleep (the fan stops humming for a split second), but then it wakes up immediately and prompts
me to login to Windows again. And the computer never enters sleep mode on its own, no matter how long I leave it idle or what sleep settings I try. I've tried every suggestion I can find online without success. Please help so I can rid myself of this constant
humming - it's torture for a family quarantined in their house all day.
