I'm at my witts end trying to figure out why my pc keeps crashing and freezing i can't even sit at my home screen without blue screening or just powering off, it's so bad even Microsoft edge doesn't work and just crashes, I literally just turn the thing on and it immediately blue screens I've taken it to microcenter and they said my ram was bad so I replaced it. I took it to a local place before and he said I had a bad hardrive so he removed it and I replaced it with an ssd, and it has a fresh install of windows 10 My pc is a ryzen 7 7700x, rtx 3070, aorus b650 elite ax, with 32gb of ddr5 ram

    Crash/blue screen

    Hi

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

Edit Link - Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

    Description
    ===========

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
    description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
    caused the crash.

Constant Blue screens lately, when used and when idle

Hello Runner and welcome to TenForums *Smile

The pattern of crashes is summarised below from the Power report:

Each bugcheck is the same and is a hardware error:

This is quite a rare one but I have seen an increased number of these in recent weeks. I am not sure what is causing it but I would certainly recommend making Microsoft aware of it via Feedback Hub.

You could try different power plans to see if they make any difference. You are currently using a high performance power plan and I would try the balanced one.
