Windows 10: Constant disconnect alerts & 'A toolbar is already hidden...'

I have two problems: every time my display is turned off automatically I get these constant connect/disconnect alerts until the computer is put to sleep. When I turn the display back on I get this error:and the icons on my Desktop are rearranged. The setting to automatically hide the taskbar is unchecked as well, so I have check it each time my display is turned off. Very frustrating...I only have one monitor ASUS VS247HR; Device Manager > Monitors says: Generic PnP Monitor and it's connected through HDMI. Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 770. Emergency Alerts

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

• Open Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Messaging.
• Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
• Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.

 

IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
