Windows 10: Constant freezing and blue screen

I had been facing problems of frequent freezing and blue screen with error "Critical process died". And I too use a razor mouse which I have been using for more than a year but the problem is new.Earlier I did

Constant Blue Screens

Start menu: Search for "Power & sleep settings" > "Additional power settings".

It should come up like this:

On the left pane click "Change when my computer sleeps".
