Windows 10: Constant freezing not BSOD

Hi I recently fixed a cooling problem in my PC. My CPU was reaching very high temperatures. Now that I have fixed it I am suddenly getting crashes freezing with no way to fix other than powering off. I have checked my cables and nothing is different there the only difference I can find is that my cpu is now running at normal levels! Can someone help me to identify the problem? Is my CPU or motherboard fried? Reliability history only shows that I powered off and no report of a crash.I have also had issue updating my windows which I had to go through other troubleshooting to complete.

System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

Constant BSODs and black screen freezing!

Getting sick and tired of the constant BSODs and black screen freezing, so I'm coming to the community to seek help! Recently I've been coming across not just BSODs, but my display turning off as if something's wrong with it and then freezing up so I can't try to fix it with the only way being to shut down and restart. With the constant BSODs I've done everything from the DISM and SFC checks to the point where I clean booted while keeping my files hoping that would fix the problem. I don't want to completely clean boot with the fear of running into these problems again as I have currently done so. I'll be sure to provide any additional information needed to get this resolved!

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.
