freezes while trying to save to PDF


I understand MS has a solution to this in the Insider Program. What about us?

latest update 2020 as of last tuesday

16 GB memory HP laptop


talked with some at MS he gave me a link for a fix, link didnt work and I got a blue screen

He tells me they are flooded with freeze complaints


when i sMS going to do something about thi9s. highly POd i have to constantly restart computer

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Constant freezing, slow to open programs and files.

The title says it all. Constant freezing and slow to open programs - I'm talking about minutes not seconds. I have anti-virus and malware software working. Recently, downloaded latest Windows 10 update. Now it seems worse. But it was bad before that. Any suggestions? Thanks.

@Samuria i h ave never installed hardware on a laptop. i have though about adding more memory as someone in another forum i frequent said that more ram would help. i do have 2 external harddives a 1tb drive and a 2tb drive.
