Windows 10: Constant MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD when shutting down or restarting my computer

So I have this problem for around 2 years. Every time I shut down my computer after having a few hours of usage, I get a MEMORY_MANGEMENT blue screen of death. Here's what I tried so far :Multiples memory scansRe-installed my graphic card driversClean windows installReplace my RAMSo far, everything failed. Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

BSOD CONSTANT RESTART LOOP

Hi,

This issue might occur due to an old or corrupted graphics driver. Since you are experiencing a constant restart loop, we suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.
