Windows 10: Constant Network/Data/Bandwidth Usage of 8-16kpbs

I did a clean install and a file called "system" in the task manager is using my data connection. Here is a photo :Here Its properties and file location : Can someone tell me what is going on?

As it says- must run as admin.

Windows 10 has its built in program to track your network data usage of your device from the last 30 days. Monitoring which apps use the most network bandwidth could help you spot for malware and more. The data usage is itemized per type of network (ex:
Wi-Fi or Ethernet), and by app usage.

We can only reset the network data usage manually after 30 days. To do this:

Note: You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to reset network data usage.

• Temporarily disable your active network adapter(s), or start Windows into safe mode.
• Open File Explorer, browse to the C:\Windows\System32\sru folder, and open it.
• Delete all contents inside the sru folder.
• Enable your active network adapter(s) again, or start Windows back into normal mode.
