Windows 10: constant redirect when trying to buy minecraft bedrock

So I am on a windows 10 computer and when i go to the place to buy bedrock and hit the buy button underneath $29.99 it opens a popup tab in Xbox support saying "Manage app privacy settings on Xbox." here's the link to be exact: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one but i also am on windows so idk why it would be redirecting me to this xbox support site. if i click out of that and press buy again, it just does the same thing. I can't buy bedrock because of this. anyone help pls

Minecraft Bedrock

Is there anyway I can get Minecraft bedrock now, I didn't know what minecraft bedrock was up until recently and I want to get it to play with friends but I don't know how because its after April 20th

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
