Windows 10: Constant registry issue

LocalServer32\C:\Windows\sysWOW64\Speech_OneCore\Common\SpeechRuntime.exe -ToastNotifier

Registry key is a weird Hash after HKCR\CLSID

The problem says ActiveX/COM Issue

Can anyone identify what this is/means? Everytime I solve the issues in CCleaner it comes up in the next scan.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
