Windows 10: Constant rubber banding on high fps and low ping, with any game after my first game played...

For no reason, this computer with AMD components starts rubber banding in this game, and its only the games after I launch the first one. And its only this game, no smite, no tf2, no overwatch, just league. It also takes a good bit for the game to launch into the champ loading screen. I have fact restarted 4 times, I have DDU just now, reinstalled windows from ReviOS to the original windows 11 OS, tones of software updating, and uninstalled league MANY times, and none of those have fixed for me. Windows 10 and LOW FPS in games

Are you facing this issue with a particular game or with all games?

I suggest you to go into the games settings and check if the FPS is set to low. IF its low then change it into high.

Also see if the Monitor screen resolution matches the game screen resolution. You can check it by going into the setting of the game and check.

New Pc, Low ping, No packet loss. High fps but so much rubberbanding

Hello I recently bought a new pc but I have been rubber banding everywhere. I have always played games and out of my friends i’ve always had better ping and would connect faster than them. But recently when I bought this pc it started off fine, I would play valorant and csgo and i could run it perfectly. I also decided to buy a new monitor after which was 144 hz and then my problems started. I started rubber banding on everything I constantly checked my packet loss and ping and there was no spikes at all. My fps is really good too so i know it wasn’t that. My friends recommended me to get a wifi adapter to see if that would fix it so i did and it didn’t change anything. I kept going on websites to check my download speed and everything was really good. I re-downloaded my games, restarted my pc multiple times, and i finally just reset my pc and it still did nothing. So i don’t know if it’s because of the new monitor or the hdmi cable with it , or if it’s the pc itself. My siblings can all play games fine with no rubberbanding so i don’t know how to fix it i feel like there is nothing to make it work anymore.
