Windows 10: Constant system_service_exception 0x3b BSOD

Hello, starting earlier this week, my PC has constantly been BSOD, sometimes every 5 minutes or every few hours. I have done a decent amount of troubleshooting, defaulting BIOS, uninstalling some software that may be an issue, but I still get the same BSOD with the same error code. I want to rule out any software issues before I result to replacing hardware, starting with RAM. Just updated BIOS to the most recent and also did a fresh install of windows, with only a few peripheral software installed and have had no success, still getting the BSOD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tonight I'll stop doing the memory test.

I did it in the previous MOBO and in the 4 laps that gives no errors.
When I finish those 4 laps I run it again to complete 8 laps.



I have an important question about the hard drive.

I have a system disk (M2), a drive that I usually use after effect cache (SSD)
And I have 3 units of 3 TB.
Making a complete analysis with HDtune of those 3 units would take a long time.
Is it completely necessary?

They are disks that are used for temporary storage of RAW video and photographic files.
These days have not been used, I have not even installed any program.

I have seen one things that I don't understand well in the SSD.







I have changed the cable and connected it to another SATA port but it remains the same.

Note:
Since I did a rollback last night of the Nvidia drives I have been using the PC, doing stress and stress tests with Prime 95 and other programs, and I have not had BSOD

Now when I have booted the computer has given me a new BSOD.
He has stood still on the blue screen and had to restart.
With the BlueScreemView application I don't see that error.

Trying to write in the forum my PC has been frozen and it has given me another BSOD this time if I see it registered.

I'm listening like without me doing anything the fans accelerate and slow down constantly, as if they were crazy.

Normally they don't sound anything because I have a Noctua DH15 on the processor

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver
