    Constantly crashing in games and receiving 41 error


    Hello, I've been having a lot of issues with gaming recently and it started last week. I've tried following a bunch of guides and running any diagnostics that I can find but I'm not the best with tech so I'm now asking you guys for help. I'll notice some artifacts on the screen when the crashes are about to happen but not all the time. I've reinstalled windows and deleted all of my old partitions. I've rolled back my gpu drivers a month and still no luck. Ive attached the system event log. Sometimes I can game for a couple of hours with no issues and other times it'll be constant and can't pla

    Event Viewer log indicates Event ID 41: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first". This event indicates that some unexpected activity prevented Windows from shutting down correctly. Such a shutdown might be caused by an interruption in the power supply or by a Stop error.

    Since BugcheckCode and PowerButtonTimestamp values are zero as mentioned below:

    BugcheckCode 0

    BugcheckParameter1 0x0

    BugcheckParameter2 0x0

    BugcheckParameter3 0x0

    BugcheckParameter4 0x0

    SleepInProgress 0

    PowerButtonTimestamp 0

    BootAppStatus 0

    Checkpoint 0

    This behavior might indicate a power supply problem. If the power to a computer is interrupted, the computer might shut down without generating a Stop error.

    However, kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

    Also, check C:\Windows and share the MEMORY.DMP file.

    Power Kernel 41 Error, During Gaming, Possibly Software?


    @storm shadow, I already explained that in post 7
    There are 3 different crashes

    1. A freeze crash
    2. A sudden shutdown/restart crash
    3. A bluescreen crash

    A memory dump will only be created when a bluescreen crash occurs.
    A kernel event id 41 only means an unexpected power problem has occured what happens with both a shutdown/restart and bluescreen crashes.

    There are 3 different crashes
    1. A freeze crash
    2. A sudden shutdown/restart crash
    3. A bluescreen crash

    A memory dump will only be created when a bluescreen crash occurs.
    A kernel event id 41 only means an unexpected power problem has occured what happens with both a shutdown/restart and bluescreen crashes.

    I would suggest to check the connection of the components and make sure everything is connected properly to start with.
