Windows 10: Constanty signed out of family safety

Hello, I keep getting signed out of the family safety thing; Meaning I cannot send requests, and schedules don't get updated unless I sign in. These prompts are random, and it's really annoying. How can I disable/fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in to your Family Safety account. Based on your description, it seems like there might be an issue with the invitation link. I recommend you to try the following steps:

1. Clear the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using.

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

2. Try to sign in to your Family Safety account using a different browser.

3. If the issue persists, please follow the steps from the link below on how to troubleshoot Microsoft Family Safety. Troubleshooting Microsoft Family Safety - Microsoft Support

If none of the above steps work, you can try to send an error log from the Family Safety mobile app by tapping the home icon > Help & Feedback > Underneath troubleshooting select Send logs.

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.
