  1. Context menus disappear quickly; flashing. Seems to be MS profile

When I right click anything, I have to choose quickly because the context menu only lasts a few seconds. There is also a barely perceptible flash around the edges of open windows, like settings, every 5 seconds. Here's the odd part: There are 2 different logins on this HP all in one 2 different users, and it only does it to mine, never the other. Same thing with my Lenova laptop, but with my Dell all in one, it's not happening on either login profile. It can't be anything hardware related like a driver, as it only happens on one login, never the other. Everything points to the login profile,

    :)

Windowws 11 right click context menu disappears quickly

I noticed this same issue after I uninstalled Corsair iCUE v4 and installed Corsair iCUE v5. Immediately after rebooting after the install:

    • Icon spacing on the desktop was increased (this was fixed with editing the registry).
    • Desktop background changed to black.
    • Desktop context menu disappears quickly now on its own.
I noticed that black color background comes back every time I sign out of Windows account and then sign back in.

The context menu disappearing is a huge issue and extreme inconvenience.

Windowws 11 right click context menu disappears quickly

Purchased the full retail version of Windows 11 Pro and it only took me 6 hours to regret it.

As the title says, when I right click, the context menu disappears very quickly before I can make my choice. Searching online has been a bust.

    Things I have already tried:

    3 different mice

    Restarting Explorer.exe

Confirmed Tablet mode is off (Via Registry)

    Ran SFC

Any ideas? At this point I am considering adding it to my pile of useless MS OSes. (Win 98, Win ME, Win 8/8.1)
