    Continual BSODS due to Hypervisor Errors on HP Envy 360


    Help!For the last few weeks, my laptop randomly freezes for no reason. It can happen every 20 minutes and then not for a few hours or even a few days. Either it goes to BSOD and reboots itself, or I will have to manually force shutdown. There is no consistency on what I am using when it shuts down. During usual operation, I will have my PLEX hard drive attached via USB and another USB which acts as my hard drive for Wondershare Filmora film editing software. I have tried running the PC with both of these removed but at some point the crash happens again.I also have a USB extension to which my

    Hi Al

    The Hp Envy 360 has a sensor on the motherboard that disables the keyboard when it is folded back that disables the keyboard, I am sorry, that is not possible . ..

    HYPERVISOR ERROR BSOD

    Hi, today I've been getting repeated BSODs with the HYPERVISOR error and one time the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. I've tried doing a clean reinstall of graphics drivers. I can't find much online so I'd really appreciate some help.

    HP Envy Laptop Battery not charging after Windows 10 installation

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Device Manager.
    • Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
    • Restart the computer and check.

    If the issue persist, I suggest you to visit HP Envy website and check whether HP has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.
