Windows 10: Continually makes the "USB removed" noise

Discus and support Continually makes the "USB removed" noise in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Can't figure out why. There is no indication of a device fault in Device Manager.     Continually makes the "USB removed" noise


    Can't figure out why. There is no indication of a device fault in Device Manager. I've been monitoring events using Nirsoft's USBDeview and USBLogView. They show when I plug and unplug an external drive, but they don't show any activity when the random sounds occur. I'm baffled. For now, I have set the sound for that even to None but that is obviously not a permanent solution.

    Laptop makes continuous beeping noise when using the USB port

    I have recently bought this laptop (HP Power Pavilion 15) and I am using windows 10. When using a wired mouse and connecting it to the usb port, I hear a continuous beeping noise through my headphones. When the remove the usb, the sound goes away. But this
    problem only occurs through one of the usb ports, which is the left one. When I plug in the mouse in the left usb port, there is a beeping noise, but when I plug it into the right usb port, I hear no beeping noise.

    Is this an issue with my laptop? or just something needs to be upgraded in my system?

    Computer in "Sleep" continually makes noises

    Hi Judy

    Does this sound like the noise when a USB device is plugged in and then disconnected?

    Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Does the Hardware list in Device Manager refresh when you hear this sound?

    Computer in "Sleep" continually makes noises

    When the desktop is on, but not being used, it continually makes little musical noises, which annoys me intensely. I thought it was emails coming in, but that is not the case.

    How can I stop it? I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell PC.
