Windows 10: Continued Failure to Update to 22H2 or Windows 11 - 0x8007001f

My computer has been unable to upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 before upgrading to Windows 11. Looking at other posts, I have tried:Updating all driversDisabling and reinstalling audio driversClean bootRunning sfc scan now and DISMRunning chkdskGoing to Advanced Startup except it says my password is incorrect whenever I try to do Startup Repair, so this hasn't really been tried - and yes, I've revealed my password and it is correctly inputtedTrying to use a USB to do a clean install of Windows the USB is not detected because I cannot get the drivers for it since Windows isn't updatedReset the P

Windows 11 22h2 update error - 0x8007001f

Microsoft says that this tool (SetupDiag) is for Windows 10. The problems many people are having in this thread (and in other threads) trying to update to 22H2 are with Windows 11, so is this tool still valid?

This major update problem needs to be addressed properly by Microsoft. The 22H2 update clearly needs to be modified (or superceded) so it just doesn't continually fail with error codes, but actually goes and proactively corrects (or patches) or gives a helpful report as to what it perceives to be wrong with the current Windows 11 system. Windows update has been responsible for successfully managing updates until now, so why is it getting it so wrong?
