Windows 10: Continuous BSOD WHEA-logger event 18. Please Help.

Hello all,I have recently built a computer and have been receiving a "WHEA-logger event 18" crash after a few minutes of gaming. This usually occurs within 10-15 minutes of running more intensive games Kingdom Come: Deliverance, The Forest, even with Valheim, however running less intensive games Destiny 2, Noita, Civ 6, Skyrim seem to prolong the inevitable, if it even crashes at all. I have updated all of the drivers and BIOS, as well as running benchmark tests such as Furmark and Memtest86 with no errors or crashes.CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600xGPU: Nvidia GeForce 3060TiMotherboard: Gigabyte X570

Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger

I just received two Event ID 19 WHEA-Logger's tonight, "Reported by component: Processor Core"

Google led me to a Ten forums thread that seems to indicate this Meltdown and Spectre patch related. Has anyone else had these or know anything more about it?

if it gets really spamy you can turn ASPM off in the bios and disable pci-e power-savings from the power control panel but I would just leave it
the error is literally meaningless the event logger captures thousands of events per-day\
almost all of them the user never needs to worrie about
