Windows 10: Continuous delays, or lags, when typing on Word, Outlook, Excel......

My PC it’s a Dell Inspiron 3880, Windows 10 Home & Business, Version 21H1, 64-bit.I have been struggling with an annoying problem caused by Windows, that it’s the continuous lags when I am typing, and the words has a long delay to appears on the monitor!! Even the keys “Backspace”, “Enter”, “Space” has the same problem!The Keyboard and Mouse are new, and both were replaced, because I though that the problem could be on them.This is horrible when you are typing a password for Bank, or another sensitive site!Writing a letter or e-mail, is unnerving job, because for many times I need to wait

Excel 2019 Typing Lag

Hi,

Anybody experiencing some typing lag in Excel 2019 ?
I'm on Excel 2019 (16.0.10366.20016) 64 bit.
I've disabled all the add ins, no custom menus. Even starting in safe mode it is still lagging.
And only Excel is lagging, others like Word, Powerpoint even Access doesn't lag at all.

Already tried repair install locally and online, still the same. Read at some sites that I should downgrade to the previous build.

So before downgrading, any ideas on what other options I should try ?

Word and Excel 2013 now crash when I try to print or edit-Outlook OK

Trying to print or edit in Office 2013 Word and Excel now causes the program to crash. Outlook works fine.

the following have not fixed the problem.

1. Repair install of Office 2013
2. Uninstall (with Revo Pro) and then full re-install
3. Uninstall and then reinstall of the HP Laserjet printer drive.

What is my next step, short of nuking the entire Win installation and starting over (ugh!)???

 

outlook opens word?

If you use a version of Outlook prior to v. 2007, there's a checkbox in one of the preferences tabs which controls this. You can choose Word or Outlook Editor.

V. 2007 no longer includes Outlook Editor, though. It has it's own 'light' verson of Word 2007 built in.
