Windows 10: Continuous game crashes causing game to close, sometime creating application hang log,...

I am having issues with games such as Rust where I will be playing for a few minutes and the game will either completely crash and close with no error reported or bsod, other times the game will crash and will produce an application hang error and I will manually have to close it, This also happens on other games such as Apex Legends but not as frequently.https://1drv.ms/u/s!Auvn-iNpn37Ag7EjNFuUVBB5VaG0yw?e=pdKkHZPlease let me know what could be causing this issue.Thanks

Game hangs and crashes

The game has just been updated (League of Legends) and this version crashes while I'm in game.

The reason I'm here is: LoL support will tell me "restart in safe mode/perhaps your system is too hot" without caring about the "it happens only in this version and I play a lot of ", and I think it would be more useful to know the actual reason of the crashes.

some games are crashing when i close them

i am noticing that some games that i am playing are doing a silent crash when i exit the game and the game is crashing instead of closing normally. the exception code is 0xc0000005 when the silent crash happens. https://i.imgur.com/laiON3Y.jpg is an example of the crash in one game

0xc0000005 means access violation so that means that the game is doing something illegal when i close it and that's why the game is crashing. in the beginning i thought that a security setting like data execution prevention was causing the crashing. i did a test and i added a game that crashes when i close it to the program settings under exploit settings in app & browser control in windows security and i switched off all the security settings. the game still crashed when i closed it. i don't know. if a security setting was causing the crashing then i think that game should crash with 0xc0000005 when i run the game and not when i close it

both of my laptops have windows 10 build 21h2 and if a game does a silent crash when i close it then it happens on both of my laptops. also i know other people who also had the same silent crash like me in the same games. why is this happening?
