Windows 10: control panel has a bunch of missing options in power options

So as I already stated in the title , my power options seems to be incomplete . I don't have the ,,choose when to turn off the display'' function and in change plan settings the only options showing up in the change advanced power settings option are -desktop background settings , sleep , display , switchable dynamic graphics and battery . All the other options are missing .Is there a way to fix this or is my laptop unable to access these settings . For reference my laptop is an asus TUF gaming A15 laptop the rizen 7 sixth series and rtx 3050 ti model

Control panel power options missing

If I go into the power plans menu in control panel and create a power plan, I can only make it off the balanced plan, and it's missing a few advanced options.

 

Control Panel Options Missing

There is an option missing from the Control Panel after a major upgrade. What happened to the
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Display. The upgrade changed my font size, my icon size also changed some text items to from regular to bold and vice versa. In the control panel display
option mentioned previously I was able to make all these changes. The drop down menu under Display listed such items as Icons, title bars, menus, message boxes, palette titles, icons and tooltips. It also allowed font size change and a selection of either
bold or regular text. Any assistance would be appreciated.
