Windows 10 control panel, view installed updates used to show all program updates. Windows 11, it now takes you to Windows updates only. How to see all other program updates?

some installed program don't show in my control panel program list

Many installed programs do not show in my control panel program listing.

Why?

Thank you Greg for the reply. I don't see anything in my Optional Updates. I assume everything under Windows Updates is purely just Windows. We use CAD programs such as Autodesk Inventor. They frequently have service packs and updates as separate installs. Once we download a program and/or service pack, we delete the download so we are not bloating the machine. When you say "the rest need to come from your manufacturer's downloads", is that what you are referring to?
Overall, Windows 11 will no longer show me everything installed unless its a program and we will have to rely on the individual programs to show us what updates/service packs are applied? I am unsure how we would be able to uninstall certain ones if needed.
