Windows 10: Control Panel-View Installed Updates no longer shows other program updates, just shows...

Windows 10 control panel, view installed updates used to show all program updates. Windows 11, it now takes you to Windows updates only. How to see all other program updates?

Many installed programs do not show in my control panel program listing.

Why?

CCleaner-lists all programs-control shows less programs, why?

I use CCleaner, under tools it lists accurately all programs installed on my computer, however, this list is incomplete in control panel and I don't understand why, even though I can safely uninstall any program through CCleaner, I would assume both programs would show the same list, either one of them is incomplete or the other is listing things no longer there? Doesn't make sense cause CCleaner shows installed things like Xbox, but this is not listed in control panel. Can anyone give me a clue about this, not a serious problem just seems strange. All installed programs are not showing up in the Control Panel

I wanted to uninstall a game, when I went to Control Panel, I noticed that the program's window is showing only the programs installed on the system drive, all the programs I have installed on other drives are missing, but a week ago I have seen all the
programs in the PC were listed there, around 270 GB, but now the total space is only 5.4 GB, all the programs on the other drives still working fine.
