Windows 10: Control + Shift gone and I've tried everything to get them back.

It's 10 pm... I'm tired... and Windows has decided to take Ctrl+Shift from me. Not like half of my usual shortcuts depend on it or anything, no...I've turned sticky keys, filter keys, and toggle keys on and off. I went into the advanced language settings and set the changing keyboard language to "Not Assigned" for Switching Input Language and Switching Keyboard Layout. I've hit apply. I've restarted about five times tonight. I can't find any way to just remove keyboard languages entirely. I don't know what else under the sun to try.Using a Surface Go 2 with an external keyboard on Windows 10.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Bitlocker menu in Control Panel is gone!!!!!

From the above screenshot I see that you are not able to access or see the Bitlocker Drive Encryption in Control Panel, i suggest you to change the view of the Control panel and then check if you are able to access or view it.

Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Type Control Panel in the Search bar and then Enter.
• Select the View by options in the upper right pane.
• In Category select the small icons and then check if you can view the Bitlocker Drive Encryption option.
