Windows 10: Controladora NVM Express estándar Codigo 10

hola queria saber que le paso a mi ssd, estaba instalando un enfriador de cpu y despues de eso no detecto mi ssd principal, intente ver si lo detectaba desde la bios y me lo detecta pero como generico y de 0gb es de 256 e intente ver si aparecia en la lista de instalacion de win 10 y tampoco solo el disco duro secundario y no se que mas puedo hacer, aqui una imagen del error y del administrador de discos

Issue, I am running Windows 10 Pro 2004. I have an XPG SX6000 Lite 256GB M.2 drive installed on a Vantec Adapter in a PCIe slot. Motherboard is an old P8H77-V i3770 CPU. When Windows loads from a shut down (Cold Boot) the Standard NVM Express
Controller Driver loads and the drive works great. But, when a restart (Soft Boot) is done the Standard NVM Express Driver fails to load and the drive does not show and is not listed...

What do you think ? Help would be amazing... Thanks

 

NVM Express Controller Driver for Windows 7

I attempted to install Windows 7 on my HP All in one, but the installer says Windows needs the Driver for NVM Express Controller.

Hi freshi29 Do you have the external SSD enclosure connected to a USB3.0 or USB3.1? Have you tried to install the NVMe driver while in Safe Mode? I've heard that the Magician migration software can be a PITA as soon as you try to perform anything beyond a standard install. It might be misbehaving because you're attempting to add drivers for an external SSD in the enclosure. These details are listed on a Samsung site; Re; Migration software.
