Windows 10: Controle do Xbox mexendo no computador após ser desconectado.

This happens when I unplug my controller after playing any game with it, idk how but he keeps scrooling down. I don't know how to solve this problem without rebooting my computer, that's why I'm submitting a suport ticket, because I don't want to reboot.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
