  1. Controller appears in Joy.cpl, but no inputs are recognized. Works on other computers

I have a game controller that I am working with that connects via Bluetooth. When connected, it appears in joy.cpl as a '3 axis 9 button' HID device or something along those lines. When connected to my PC, no inputs are detected. I will push a button on the controller and nothing will show up in the test menu of joy.cpl. However, when I do it on any other PC, the inputs are recognized just fine. I have tried reinstalling my Bluetooth driver, running the windows device troubleshooter, reflashing the controller firmware, and a few other things. Based on this, I've narrowed it down to my computer

  2. Joy Cons Not Recognized As Controllers

Recently I have been using Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons to play games on my computer. However, ever since I used BetterJoyForCemu once, my controllers (even when they are connected to my controller through Bluetooth) just don't show up on "Set up USB Game
Controllers". They are Joy-Con (L) and Joy-Con (R). They used to work, and do stay connected to my computer, but they aren't recognized as "controllers". I can't find anything about how to solve this problem. Could I please have some help?

Any help would be appreciated!

  4. Controller appears in Joy.cpl, but no inputs are recognized. Works on other computers

English US keeps appearing as an input language occasionally.

    Hi Mosher,

    I understand the inconvenience caused.

From the issue description, it looks like you have English Input downloaded and installed in the system. I suggest you to follow the steps below to remove the English input language and check if it helps.

    1. Press Windows key + R.

    2. Type control and press enter to open the control panel.

    3. Type language in the control panel search box and open it.

    4. If English is listed, double click on it and click "remove" under "input method".

Let us know the result, we will be glad to help if you need further assistance.
