Windows 10: Controller feels delayed and weird

Hello, I play with a ps4 controller on pc when playing fortnite and everything has been fine for about 5 months, however recently my controller (which i bought last week) feels very delayed and sometimes the joystick will act on its own and feel heavy in game (not drift! sorry I cant explain that well) I have tried several other controllers and they all feel the same. I have even done a factory reset on my pc but the controller still feels weird and delayed. I really need help as it is extremely annoying and I am unable to play because of this.

To get rid of the Windows 10 upgrade, I would suggest you to follow these steps:

• Go to control panel, then click on Programs and Features.
• Tap on View installed updates, then find the update called KB3035583.
• Now uninstall this update.

I would suggest you to run hardware and drivers troubleshooter to help you with the problem.



Try the following steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “Hardware and Sound”
  
• 
  Select “Hardware and Devices”
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.

I'd rather just set it and forget it as the feature list of RBE suggested it was capable of doing.
