Windows 10: Controller left joystick flickering on Windows 10

Hello, I'm currently having a problem with an xinput controller left joystick always flickering when i aimed it towards 11 o'clock direction. Here's a video i recorded to give you a better explanation: https://photos.app.goo.gl/zUtW65HFNa99uW1e7I have tried resetting the controllers, tried testing it on 3 different controllers 1 of them is brand new, but the problem still persist so i don't think the error lies with my controller hence why i asked in this forum, assuming there's something wrong with windows. Joystick suggestions.

Hi guys, I am looking for a new joystick but not sure which to go for, since I love this place I figured suggestions wouldn't go amiss here.

Problems are, I need a left handed joystick, or something which fits very comfy in the left hand and has access to the buttons, throttle control with seperate throttle if possible so I can move the throttle away and pedals (for yaw) but I've not seen many joystick with these. money isn't much of an issue but the cheaper the better. Cheers.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
