Windows 10: Controller problem

I have two external USB DVD/CD writers in my setup for dubbing. Lately I'm having trouble with disk management recognizing both drives. When I run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, after attempting to reinstall the driver, I get the message "controller does not have enough resources for this device".

What is the fix for this? Does it relate to available RAM in the computer memory? I have eleven external USB devices connected to 3.0 ports. I've disconnected two of the hard drives but I still get the not enough resources error message.

It has worked for years now with this many externals including the two DVD writers, so I'm puzzled as to what has changed in the operating system that's now having problems? Thanks for the feedback.

Controller Problem

When i got my Xbox One S Fifa17 bundle,i was so excited.I unboxed everything and started playing,that is when one day i tried syncing my controller to my xbox.When suddenly,the sync button on the controller did not react!I pressed the button and it didnt
do anything,i even tried to push it down and the lights didnt blink!Plz help because i cant connect my wireless controller to xbox.I even tried connecting it to my android phone but i need to sync it to phone because the controller has bluetooth.But the my
controller wont sync to the phone without bluetooth,and without bluetooth there is no sync button and if sync button doesnt work then there is no fun and if there there is no fin thenni cant play on my phone nor my xbox!!! PLz help me
